Privacy Policy

RentSpace Malaysia collects only the information needed to review property submissions, coordinate enquiries and email alerts, and operate the platform safely.

What we collect

Owner submissions may include a name, phone number, email address, property details and images. Property alerts may include a tenant's name, email address, preferred area, budget and home type. Website enquiry chats are not stored; listing questions open WhatsApp directly. Administrator sign-in records are handled by our authentication provider.

How we use it

We use information to review and publish listings, email owners about availability, match tenant preferences, send requested email alerts, coordinate WhatsApp enquiries and prevent misuse. Owner contact details and tenant emails are restricted to authorised administrators and are not displayed publicly.

Storage and retention

Records are stored using Supabase infrastructure. We retain them only while needed for the purposes above, dispute handling or legal obligations. Access is protected by role-based database rules.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting 011-6732 7327. We may retain limited records where required for security or legal reasons.
