Before paying anything

• View the property in person or through a trusted live viewing.
• Verify the person handling the transaction and their company relationship.
• Check that the receiving account name matches the agreed party and paperwork.
• Read the tenancy agreement and keep copies of all messages and receipts.

RentSpace Malaysia will not

• Ask you to pay simply to unlock a listing.
• Demand an urgent transfer to stop another tenant from viewing.
• Publish an owner's private telephone number.
